Introducing Truth Matters
January 6th, 2009 by Sean
I am very excited to have started a brand new radio show last Sunday (Jan. 4, 2009) called Truth Matters. (Thanks Victor for coming up with that catchy name). Truth Matters is hosted by me (Sean Finnegan) and broadcasts on WHAZ in the Capital Region of New York. The purpose of the show is to pursue biblical truth no matter where it leads. This is done through interviews and conversation with guests (a different one each week). The show will air each Sunday morning at 9:00 am and cover the following areas:
Albany, Rensselaer, Troy,
WBAR FM 94.7
Glens Falls, Lake George, Saratoga
WMYY FM 97.3
Schenectady, Schoharie, Pittsfield
WHAZ FM 97.5
Hoosick Falls, Bennington, North Adams
WMNV FM 104.1
Manchester, Rutland, Whitehall
Right now, I am doing a lot of work on recording and producing shows. As each show is aired it will be simultaneously posted on the Truth Matters website as an mp3 for free download. Pray for us as this is a large undertaking. Thanks for putting the time in to do this. First show was very interesting and enjoyable to listen to. I pray that it will develop a good audience and help many others seek and find truth
Excellent, Sean. I look forward to listening each week.
God’s blessings on your program.
Thanks, Sean, look forward to listening in the uk, grace and peace.
Congratulations Sean. I look forward to the mp3s, I think I have your 5 types of Judaism talks almost memorized by now…
Thanks for your work and may God continue to bless and keep you.
I enjoy these shows, and I want to call attention to something you said at the end of the show with Dustin. It was a tremendous summary of the purpose of our lives.
Dustin replied that he couldn’t have put it better himself, and I concur.
If you are looking for topics, I would be interested in hearing a discussion of the proper role of logic, and what type of logic is appropriate, in studying and understanding the Bible.
Mark,
Thanks for the kind words.
Tim,
Thanks for the suggestion. I’m not sure I would know how to approach that subject.
Just curious – have you gotten any feedback from listeners?
