Numbers 13:32 and 33 The report of the spies was factual, but wrong. Yahweh had promised that He would take them into the Promised Land. Entrance into the Promised Land was Yahweh’s great promise to their ancestors − Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Numbers 14:1-3 Fear of the future caused them to turn against God and level repulsive accusations at Him.

Numbers 14:4 -9:15-23 They desired to abandon Yahweh’s leadership for someone who would bring them back to Egypt. They wanted to go back to the way it was yesterday in Egypt, which was nonexistent.

9 They completely lost their perspective that Yahweh was with them because they feared the future and regressed to the past. Yahweh is with us!

Deuteronomy 20:1-4 Forty years later, Moses told them Yahweh is with you, Yahweh your God is the one who goes with you. You are not alone!

Deuteronomy 31:1-8 The instruction to Joshua was not to be afraid because Yahweh is with you.

Hebrews 13:5and 6 He will never leave you. Times may be hard, as they were with Paul, but Yahweh is always present with you.

Philippians 4:4-9 The Lord is at hand; you do not need to be anxious.

1 John 3:1-3 In the moment, we can live with and for God. Right now, we are the sons of God.

Colossians 1:13 and 14 Right now, we are rescued from the domain of darkness; we have redemption and forgiveness.

21 and 22 We are now reconciled. Our responsibility is simply to have the faith that accepts what God says is true now.

Ephesians 2:13 Now, you are near.

Ephesians 5:8 Now, we are the children of light.
