Romans 12:1 The beginning of the renewed mind is to have the honesty to acknowledge your sin or character defects. The Scriptures define sin and righteousness.

Anger - Pro 14:29; 15:8; 16:32; 19:11, 19; 22:24, 25; 30:33; Ephesians 4:26, 27, 31

Laziness “ Proverbs 6:6-11; 10:3-5; 12:27; 13:4; 18:9; 19:24; 20:4; 24:30-34; 26:13-16; 2 Thessalonians 3:10 and 11

Drunkenness “ Proverbs 20:1; 23:20, 21, 29-35; Ephesians 5:18-20; Genesis 9 -Noah and Ham; Leviticus 10 - Nadab and Abihu

Lying “ Proverbs 12:17-22; 19:9; 21:6; Ephesians 4:25; Revelation 22:15

Romans 12:1 and 2
After we acknowledge our sin, we humbly ask God for help.

Romans 12:3
We can change our thinking by putting on God’s Word.

Matthew 4:1-11
Memorize the correct Word and speak it to the temptation.

Ephesians 4:17-32
The renewed mind is the key to godly living and abundant living.
