This will bring you to a page where you can see the contents of the podcast at a quick glance. To actually subscribe (enable automatic downloading) you will have to click "View in iTunes." Once iTunes opens click "Subscribe Free" to enable automatic downloading. The next time you sync your iPod/iPad you should have the podcast under the music app (under more).

If you have a Zune, SanDisk, Creative, Sony, or another non-apple mp3 player, right click on the right icon and copy the link. Then open the program you use to load music into your mp3 player and paste the link into the podcast option.
