Romans 16:17 – Paul warns them as he does in every epistle regarding those within the church that cause divisions over wrong doctrine. 2 Thes. 3:6; 1 Timothy 1:3; 3:6; 4:1; 2 Timothy 3:14; 2 John 1:10; and Matthew 7:15

“Hindrances” is from the Greek word skandalon, a stick or bait in a trap (Romans 14:13).
