Matthew 28:2 and 3 The angel rolled the stone from the grave.

John 20:1 and 2 Mary Magdalene came to the sepulcher, assumed the body had been taken, and then ran to tell Peter.

John 20:3-9 Peter and the other disciple ran to the tomb.

John 20:4-17 Jesus' first post resurrection appearance was to Mary.

1 Corinthians 15:20-23 Jesus is the first fruits.

Luke 24:1-3; Matthew 28:5-7 Women went to the tomb with Mary.

Luke 24:4-8 The angels spoke to the women.

Luke 24:9-11 The apostles did not believe the women.

Luke 24:12 Peter returns to the tomb for a second time.

Luke 24:13-32 Two unbelieving disciples on road to Emmaus see him.

Luke 24:33 and 34 The Lord appeared to Peter.

Luke 24:35 - 45 Jesus appears to the 11 with Thomas missing.

John 20:25 - 29 The disciples with Thomas see him again.

Matthew 28:17-20 During the post resurrection appearance, he commissioned the disciples to carry on his ministry.

Acts 3:13-26 They went forth preaching the Kingdom and the resurrected Christ.

Mark 16:6 "You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who has been crucified. He has risen; He is not here; behold, here is the place where they laid Him."
