President and Lead Pastor
Sean Finnegan
Sean Finnegan came on full time in 2005 with a focus on community and international outreach. Since 2019 he is the president of Living Hope International Ministries and the Lead Pastor of Living Hope Community Church in Latham, NY. His engaging preaching style combines deep research of the Bible in its original languages with a practical focus on how faith affects life in our world today. Rather than looking at church as a religious duty, he believes worshiping together should feel like a family gathering. He’s married to Ruth and they have four children. Pastor Sean has degrees in church history from Boston University (MTS) and theology from Atlanta Bible College (BA). He’s also the host of Restitutio, a weekly podcast focused on restoring authentic Christianity and living it out today.
