2 Peter 3:3-14 The word “world” in Greek is kosmos which can mean the heavens and earth, the universe.

Isaiah 65:17; 66:22; Revelation 21:1
New heavens and new earth

2 Peter 2:4 and 5
The first heaven and earth were destroyed with the flood.

1. Genesis 1 to the Flood (Genesis 11)
2. The flood to Christ’s return (present)
3. Christ’s return through eternity

Matthew 13:34-36
Two Greek words are translated as foundation:

1) Katabole translated 10 times foundation and once conceive in Hebrews 11:11. All the other uses are with the phrase “foundation of the world.” “Foundation” in this context means the act of founding or establishing, the beginning point.
2) Themelios translated 16 times foundation, used most often as laid down as a foundation of a building, wall, or city. Luke 6:48

Hebrews 11:11
“Conceive” is katabole.

Matthew 13:35
is quoted from Psalms 78:2. To which world is he referring?

Matthew 25:34 – 36
The Kingdom was prepared after the fall of Adam and Eve.

Luke 11:50
The prophets began after the flood.

John 17:24
If God loved Jesus before He created the first heaven and earth, then He knew that Adam and Eve were going to sin and had another plan in mind.

Genesis 1:26-31
Are we to believe that God said what He said, but the whole time He knew they would sin and we would need a savior?

Ephesians 1:4
Before the destruction of the first heaven and earth, God had a plan that included all who would believe.

Isaiah 46:10-13
God has known and does know the end of many things from their beginning.

Hebrews 4:3
Talking about Israel entering into the rest that would be theirs after entering the promised land

Hebrews 9:6
This cannot be talking about before the fall of Adam and Eve.

1 Peter 1:20
Jesus was known before the destruction of the first heaven and earth but not before the first was created.

Revelation 7:8; 13:8
The book of life started after the fall of man and still has enterers today.
