John 19:39 & 40 Nicodemus prepared the body for a proper burial.
Matthew 28:1 Saturday, around dusk, the two Marys came to the tomb.

John 20:1-10 Sunday before dawn, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw the stone was rolled away. So she ran to tell Peter and the others.

1 Corinthians 15:13-19
Christ’s resurrection is the cornerstone of Christianity. Everything hinges on this one grand historical event. If it happened, then Jesus really is the true Messiah; if not, then he is a fake, and his followers are fools. If God has raised him from the dead, then that means death is not the end!
1 Corinthians 15:20-24
Christ’s resurrection foreshadows our resurrection. He is the first fruits of those who have died. At his coming, those who are his will enjoy eternal life with him in the Kingdom of God.
Hebrews 2:14-15
Christ’s resurrection defeats evil. We don’t have to wait for Christ to return to find liberation from evil. In his crucifixion and resurrection, Christ has conquered, and you can enter into this freedom today!
Revelation 1:17-18
