Luke 5:17-26 Jesus forgave sins.

Luke 15:11-32 God loves and forgives you.

3 God's love is evident by the spiritual blessings He freely gives to us.

4 These blessings bestowed upon Christians are in accordance with an eternal purpose. They were not conferred by chance or haphazard. They were the result of intention and design on the part of God, and they come to us as the result of His everlasting plan. It was not a recent plan; it was not an afterthought; it was not by mere chance, nor was it caprice.

5 He predestined us to adoption as sons.

6 Grace has been freely bestowed on us in the beloved.

7 In Jesus Christ, we have redemption, the forgiveness of our trespasses.

8 Lavished with all wisdom and insight

9 Made known to us the mystery

11 Gave us an inheritance

13 Sealed us

14 Gave us a pledge

2:1-10 All this was done for us when we were dead in trespasses and sins. God loves you!
